Our country house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a kitchen, dining room and terraces, all on 215 m2, as well as a swimming pool. We can sleep 6 to 8 people.

The Casita lies on a large 7.200 m2 plot with many palm trees and some fruit trees, lots more to come!

Ground floor

We have a large and very light living room with a fire-place, a cosy reading sofa / chill-area. From here we go directly onto a large roofed terrace with another dining area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and there's an open dining room just next to it. There is one bedroom downstairs, directly next to a bathroom with a large corner bathtub/ shower, toilet and bidet. Furthermore there is a facility room with a washing machine and another small bathroom by the entrance with a tub/ shower, a small wash-basin and toilet.

Upper floor

Here we have three bedrooms, one with an additional closet, a bathroom with a large shower, double wash-basins and a toilet. We have another area for chilling/ reading upstairs, but also usable as an extra bed for when unexpected guests come to visit. There is a lovely sun terrace upstairs too.

Swimming pool

Our pool area also has a barbecue with table and chairs to have lunch by the pool, naturally some sun beds with cushions and umbrellas and an outdoor shower.

Our house is a cosy country house style property with central oil heating and a wood burning fire place, which makes it warm and cosy in the winter months too. We always have lots of DVD's and CD's, books and games, if it gets lonely or friends want to be entertained.

Our house lies in the outskirts of Llucmajor following a small country lane along to Galdent. We only drive in 15 minutes to the Airport, to Palma in 20 minutes, 25 minutes to the beautiful beach Es Trenc and one of the many golf courses is only a few miles away.
